FAQ
Common questions.
What is your turnaround time?
Photos are delivered next business day in most cases. Video, 3D virtual tours, and virtual staging typically take 48 hours depending on scope. If you're on a tight timeline, just let me know upfront and we'll work it out.
Where do you serve?
I'm based in Decatur and primarily serve Wise County, TX. I do take select shoots outside the county on a case-by-case basis. Travel fees apply for properties outside my standard service area.
How do I receive my photos?
Everything is delivered via Google Drive. You'll get a shareable link with all edited, high-resolution files ready for MLS or marketing use.
Does the home need to be ready before the shoot?
Yes. The listing should be clean, decluttered, and photo-ready when I arrive. Trash cans put away, cars out of the driveway, lights on inside. A little prep makes a noticeable difference in the final product.
What if the weather isn't good for drone shots?
Safety comes first. If conditions aren't right for flying, I'll communicate early and we'll figure out the best path forward, whether that's rescheduling the drone portion or adjusting the plan.
Can I request specific shots or features to highlight?
Yes. If there's a view, a feature, or a specific room you want to make sure we capture, just tell me before the shoot and I'll make it happen.
Do you shoot vacant land or rural properties?
Yes, and it's a big part of what I do out here. The Vacant Land Package at $95 covers ground shots and drone. For acreage listings, aerial boundary line overlays at $35 per image are worth considering. It helps buyers understand the property footprint right from the photos.
Do you work with agents on an ongoing basis?
